Our respons to COVID-19

We are currently experiencing special circumstances that affect us all.

We want you to know that you can trust us and would like to inform you that we are adhering to the recommendations issued by the authorities relating to what we can do to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

It is vital that everyone does what they can, which is why we have taken a number of precautions in our stores:

• We have closed all our fitting rooms. We have done this on the grounds of hygiene as there are many surfaces in our fitting rooms that get touched by visitors.

• We have extended our full refund return policy to enable you to try on clothing at home and return anything that does not fit once the situation has returned to normal.

• We are maintaining a distance from our customers and urge all our customers visiting our stores to do the same.

• We encourage you to pay by card to ensure we have as few points of contact as possible.

If you would like to shop from home, you can do so easily via our online store.  You do not have to collect your package from a local delivery point, we also offer home delivery. You will usually receive your package within 2-6 business days.
