Please ensure the terms and conditions are read and understood before ordering. When you accept a transaction with us, you are also accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have received the confirmation of your order, and it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, especially your e-mail and address is correct.
Prices and taxes:
All prices are in Euros (€) including VAT. Shipping fees are confirmed online before your orders final validation. For international orders, VAT and custom taxes can be requested by local authorities upon your shipments arrival, according to the regulations of the destination country.
Please not that the total shipping fees collected by Carlings does NOT include any additional VAT/customs cost that might be implemented by the destination country.
All payments is securely handled via Paypal, you can pay with PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are encrypted and have 24/7 Fraud Protection monitoring.

We deliver [The Last Statement T-shirt] worldwide. The product will be delivered with UPS and tracking information is available in an email sent to you once the order is ready to be picked up by the courier (UPS).
Submitted orders will be processed on the next business day, and subsequently picked up via courier for delivery/shipping.
Orders placed on Friday (after 3.00 pm GMT), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
We will send you an email notifying you as soon as your order is picked up for delivery/shipping by our partner courier.
Shipping/delivery time periods are calculated from the date in which the order is processed (based on the above scheme), not the date in which the order is placed.
Shipping fees are confirmed online before your order’s final validation. For international orders, VAT and customs taxes can be requested by local authorities upon your shipment’s arrival, according to the regulations of the destination country.

Exchanges and returns:
If you purchase the t-shirt in Sweden, Norway or Finland our regular return policy applies to this collection. The t-shirt can be returned at any of our stores or online.
If you live in any other country then Sweden, Norway and Finland you can return your products within 30 days after you have received your order. The products must be in original unused condition.
When returning a product you have to pay for the shipping yourself.
Please make sure that the size you order is the right size for you. If you wish to exchange your order you will have to return your order and then purchase a new on carlings.com.

If Carlings is subject to force majeure, i.e. if we or our associates are victims of war, warlike events, revolution, rebellion, action taken by the authorities, strikes, lockouts, blockade, natural disasters, fire, transport disruption, a ban on supply or similar events, Carlings is entitled to suspend its obligations to its customers for up to two months. After this period, both Parties can cancel the agreement without becoming liable for compensation.
The Parties shall seek to resolve any disputes between them. If this is not possible, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council in the area in which you live. All disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law.
