[WATER SAVINGS]
KARVE follows every step in the productions to make sure that they are as sustainable as possible. One of KARVE’s main goals, is to reduce the water consumption in production. During the last 12 months KARVE have been able to lower the usage with 36% and their producers decreased their levels with 50%.
[ORGANIC COTTON]
KARVE use organic cotton in all their Swan-certified jeans, as well as in all pocket linings. Every detail counts! Since the start, KARVE have been able to increase the amount of Organic cotton with minimum 10% per season.

Starting from SS19 all KARVE zip tapes will be produced from recycled polyester.
[ECOVERD*]
EcoVerd is the name of the recycled fabrics used in KARVE jeans stitching thread. This type of thread is used both when assembling the garment and in the detail stitching. This applies for all news styles in the AW19 collection and the intention is to change it in the full collection during 2019/2020.
[BETTER COTTON INITIATIVE]
Better Cotton Initiative, or BCI, is a non-profit membership organization with a mission to educate and give the right tools for cotton farmers to produce a more sustainable product.
From day one, KARVE have used BCI certified cotton in all their jeans.
